The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a comfortable area, close enough to restaurants, stores. We had a newly remodelled room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was GREAT.

We picked up travelers from the UK who had taken a late night flight to Ohare airport. We needed an economical place to stay overnight so that we could drive home (Michigan) the following day. I found your hotel on the internet, and liked the location---away from the city and the traffic....and the price. We were delighted with all aspects of the stay. Thank you.

good location, close to the area we wanted to be in and close to the expressways.
Room could have been cleaner, sheets were not changed when requested, mirrors were never cleaned. (we know it says not to use this for complaints, but why ask if we can't list them?)

It was very clean, and the rooms were a very nice size!
Although it was clean and a great value for our money they didn't specify exactly how complicated transportation would be. We were visiting Chicago during the Taste and it took almost 2 hours to get downtown...they also require the pace bus (very infrequent) or paying for taxis everywhere you go! They also say Midway area and are not even close to midway! It took about 30 mins by taxi to get there, so the value isn't really worth all the excess travelling. But if you don't mind all that it's a great place!

The atmosphere was welcoming with friendly staff, especially Zulema. The strong smell of smoke and unkempt hallways were disappointing, making it hard to enjoy my time fully. A mixed experience with some positive moments.

Well, we only used it for one night to sleep since our flight was at 6 am. It is only 7 miles from Midway Airport. The bed was very comfy. Very clean room, very quite. The room stunk though, yes it was a smoking room, but I have never walked into a smoking room that stunk before! We had to open the window and turn on the air to air it out! Other than that, it was a great room!

The bed/bedding was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for us and the price was right for a quick trip to take my mom to a morning appointment downtown. I great up in the area so I know that the building is older but has been updated and seems to be pretty well maintained.
There was a musty smell in the bathroom - I think from dampness on the shower curtain. There was also mold/mildew in the cracks of the shower enclosure and some cracking in the wallpaper in the bathroom area. Also, the telephone was on the desk instead of on the bedside table. Not convenient for wake up calls. However, these imperfections did not ruin my trip. It was still a great value for the area and it was otherwise very clean and well kept.

Super helpful staff!
The staff late at night were amazing! They helped me so much on the phone, like a real hero. The room was clean and nice. The snack bar had some good snacks too. Just wish it was a bit quieter at night-some noise from outside, wasn't too great. Still, I'll remember their awesome service for sure!

I booked this through Booked.net via a "Park, Ride and Fly" link on the internet while flying out of and into Chicago-Midway. When I called to double check (because I have been "screwed over" before on park, ride and fly deals, the hotel staff confirmed they offered transport to mdw. However, when I went to check in to the hotel the day of reservation, I was informed otherwise...hugely disappointing. I had printed out my reservation with proof that I had indicated, the hotel staff said "We do not receive these requests from third party bookings such as Booked.net." I was livid, but remained calm and firmly stated my disposition and experience. Even though the Booked.net sheet said reservations could not be canceled, the desk clerk indicated she would check into having a maintenance man or a cab take me to the airport and pick me up when I return (or they would refund the charge for the room). They complied with this, but it was a headache when I returned as well, because a different staff member claimed "we do not have note of that". I had to get a manager to get them to follow through with their promise. Bad experience and I blame Booked.net for being misleading. Please note that the hotel manager followed through, which I appreciated; however, communication with other staff caused further problems upon my return.
